You will either have to change the connectors, or order a new harness from TrailTech.

If it's on the computer side, you will have to send it in if you want to remain with original connectors

If it's on the harness side, just change the connectors with something generic.

I found the Part 03R-JWPF-VSLE-S But the guy wants too much for shipping which makes it unreasonable

Googled the part number and the first one in the list has them for 75 cents each:

http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/jst-sales-america-inc/03R-JWPF-VSLE-S/455-1198-ND/608639

Shipping by first class US mail $3.40.      Quite a bit more than the part, but not brutal.   If you need it you need it

and you can have it in your hands in a couple days for $4.15

Is the plug actually broken?    If the wires pulled out of the plug check for broken plastic.  If the plug is OK it

may be that the metal on the pins that snap into the plug has deformed and doesn't lock tightly in which

case the new plug won't help much.
