Honda trx450r leaking oil and having problems starting

Have you tried to clean the Carb and do a Good Tune up?  How hard is it to start? Will it Start off it's own power? Or do you need to be Bump Started?

 

Could just be a Simple Carb cleaning needed is what I would try first.

 

If it doesn't start and needs to be "Pull Started" by being Towed and popping the clutch that means your Intake Valves need to be Adjusted.

 

 

 

Also the leaking Oil.

 

Try to just Snug up all the 8mm Bolts around the Clutch Cover, if they are slightly loose it can cause an Oil Seeping issue if those are tight, snug up the 10mm Bolt with also can be loose, also check the Crank Bolt  Access Cap "it's the 10mm Allan Head" o one...   But I rarely ever see the Gasket to the Clutch covers on the Honda's leak because they're Rubber, but is Possible.
