What speed and gear does your WR powerwheelie on pavement?

I've never launched my bike before and I did 0-60 in 5 seconds. I was also short shifting (5k rpms) and I still had a terrible time keeping the front down. I was doing a wheelie in every gear except 5th. The bike just has so much torque it's scary to launch.

Shifting at 5k? That's crazy low... I wouldn't expect you to get to 60 at 5k in top gear, by a fair amount. I'd be very surprised at hitting 60 in 5 seconds shifting that low, too.

that's what the tachometer said. And 60 is so easy to do in 5th. It takes just a tiny bit of throttle for 35, around 2300rpm. Oh and I can't even go full throttle because I never did the throttle stop mod. Edited by Mr YumYums

Maybe your speedometer reads KM/h.

It's not what speed and gear does your WR wheelie it's what gear and speed won't it.

I don't know what year yours is, but the first one to come up on gearingcommander is 04 so I'm looking at that. With stock gearing/tire size, 60mph is around 7050rpm. It would take gearing it REALLY REALLY tall to hit 60mph at 5000rpm... or it's in kph in which case you'd need to be geared down quite a bit (stock gearing, 5000rpm is 76kph)

The guy is a troll, pulling things out of his azz to get people to read his posts.

You do realize you can only go to like 8k rpms without doing the throttle mod. 60mph is not 7k rpm

Dude, give up

my tach doesn't lie. and FYI, wr stands for wide ratio. Think about that one. Edited by Mr YumYums

The WR doesn't come with a Tachometer....

I bought one. There's trail techs vapor, or tto tach/hour meter.

So, you put on a tachometer before removing your throttle stop......

I put on a trail tech vapor. I wanted something else to display my speed and odometer.

It's becuse your question requires a whole bunch more information, and even then, a slight lean forward or back would change the outcome....
