Anyone know what the difference in top speed would be with stock 13/49 gearing in a '14+ YZF with a stock 5th gear vs a WR 5th gear?

At 10K in 5th, no allowance for tire slip, rolling diameter not adjusted, the YZ450 5th yields 84.41 mph, and the WR 5th yields 95.67 mph.  That's 8.44 MPH/1000rpm vs. 9.57 MPH/1000rpm.

Gray racer what is the top speed on yzf with 14/48 gearing

(Engine RPM / (primary drive ratio x 5th gear ratio x final drive ratio)) x wheel circumference (miles) x 60

92.8 MPH  (assuming you meant a YZ450F)
