What year bike?  I have an '11 and I have the 30mm Tusk risers from RMATV, and have no issues with the cables or brake lines being too short.  How much are you trying to raise them?

It's a 2016, I'm 6'4 and feel really cramped on the bike. I put windham rise bars on it and my cables are maxed out. I even had to slide my leaver down the bars a little to get some slack and turn the throttle to get some slack out of it.

I found a longer line and had the local bike shop cut and fit new a new end on it  The ends weren't oriented correct so one had to be changed

I use Galfer lines on all my YZ's. They seem to be a bit longer than stock. I couldn't confirm they would be long enough for your application though.
