Is that a paved OHV staging area parking lot? If so, I have never seen one of those before.

Gigantic paved parking area, Visitors center with fascinating information for the visitors, huge Toiteys, benches, nice clean trash cans, and a view of the Freeway.

It's paradise.  No need to go riding, really, with all this at your finger tips.

Make a day of it.

Camp right here.

Work on your bike, and test the rev limiter a few times, before it's warmed up, and do limp wheelies around the other trucks.

You can play music that was hard to ignore in 1986 and even harder now.

Like I said. Paradise.

Where is that? No place like that East of the Mississippi for sure.... Sweet ride BTW.

Nice bike, neat staging area, great looking terrain too. Makes me think California might not be all bad.

It's not all bad.

It only takes about 7 or 8 years to figure out where NOT to go in CA, to make it pleasant.....and that goes for everything here in CA.

If you follow the popular trends, it's the worst place on the planet to be.

All places have their pluses and minuses. Lived in lots of places and CA is still near the top in my book.
