I guess I'll have to try 1.. especially with a healthy discount! thanks guys
Depending on what the discount is I might be interested.
In the Motoworld ad, it says $49 for the YZ/CRF. This confuses me much! Why, or HOW, can they sell it so cheap? Mr Dubach, can you respond?

If you try to buy it for a YZ the price changes to $96 plus change.
Try it, you won't like it.
I am interested in a bulk buy for the Dr. D remote hotstart. My hunch is that a lot of people on the 250f and WR400/426 sides wold also be interested.
under 100...i'm in also
Motoworld will sell it for 79-85$$ if you ask for the price.........I bought 2 from them
Hey I just heard about this on the YZ250F side and I want one to.
Wow, I am lucky. I just went back to the store that I got it from and the hot start was miss-marked, they said they we got a deal (duh!). On that site with the hotstart for $50 for the CR 450, I dont really understand that becuase the CR comes stalk with a hot start on the left hendle. Also I havent really looked at the CR carb but you might be able to mickey mouse the CR hot start to fit the YZ.
Dr. D Hot start for me. Show us the price. Before
we think twice.
I'M OUT!! TAKE ME OFF THE LIST!!
GOING DIECT TO DR.D AND GINA
THEY SUPPORT US AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED FAIRLY.
IF THE DISCOUNT THEY HAVE OFFERED IS MORE THAN
YOU LIKE. REACH AROUND AND PULL THAT LITTLE BUTTON. EVERYONES GOTTA EAT. THIS IS ALL FUN FOR
US. IT,S FOOD TO THEM.
WINDER TILL SHE STINKS

Im from the 250F side, and if we can get a price, I will be interested
im also from the 250f side. im interested in a Dr.D hot start.
I'll take one too but the discount has to be really good. let us know soon
I am interested also if the price is right.
In reply to your comment about the price on Motowrold, and requesting a comment from us. As others posted, the $50.00 is for the CR Hot Start. The Cr Hot Start only comes with the lever and uses the stock cable already installed on the Honda. The reason our system is purchased, is so Honda riders can run an adjustable clutch perch on there bike. Our system moves the Hot Start to the right side from the left side.
Our system for the Yamaha is $98.00 retail for the complete Hot Start set up. TT members price for the system is $88.00.
I hope I have been able to clarifly the confusion.
Please email me if you have any other question.
Have a great day,
Like everyone else stated, if the price is right, I am in.
Damn! I got jacked for $10.00 so Gina what your saying is that if I would have told you Im from the tt forum, it would have been ten dollars cheaper!!!!!!! Wish I knew....... Oh well.... now I know and knowing is half the battle!
Does anyone else know about this discount on the board ?
I think thats enough whining for the day! Its just $10.00.....hehe
Now my question is: Is $88 bucks a good enough deal? I understand the some of the pieces are "billet" which you if understand CNC machines means inexpensive repeatablity/mass production. A Turchan machine could make 100,000 of those things an hour! No sense in that though. Its a painfully good idea to Dubach's credit, but a throttle cable only costs $35. I guess it all depends on how DR.D is setup to build these things. I dont begrudge MR. Dubach his profit but, it seems that the margin here is somewhat inflated. MR.Dubach, you have built the better mouse trap, but can I afford it? I believe TTR's will buy these things like crazy @ $75. Gina are you listening?
