Having trouble starting my wr450f

Hi guy's. Im haveing trouble starting my bike, ive been outside all day trying to start but it won't start. It goes but im having trouble starting. can have some help please.

More info please.  Has it been sitting a long time.  Did you immerse it in a lake?  How old is the gas.  Etc...

The gas is new and been sitting since October 2014

Too old, drain it and refill with some new gas.

Pull the pilot jet and replace it

Clear the passage above it with fishing line and spray cleaner

Always treat your gas for Ethanol

What year?  Did it start easily before it sat?  Has it ever seen any maintenance?  We need to know more.

It started fine before it sat.... i have changed oil and my dad looked at the carborator before sit. And im not sure of year just yet

If that's the case you need to pull and clean the carb.  All the jets need to come out and pay particular attention to the pilot jet, it's the first to get clogged.  Replace if in doubt.  Don't spray carb cleaner on the rubber parts.  

This is assuming that the bike has a carb and is not fuel injected, 2012 and later.
