After just about giving myself an ulcer by overthinking the pros/cons of a 250/450,I went with the 450. My local dealer is blowing out some left over bikes and $600 more for a fuel injected 450 over a carbed 250 was the difference. In stock form,the 450 is a pussycat. If you can handle the 250,you can handle the 450. This from a guy coming off a TTR230 Honestly,I'll probably leave it stock for quite a while. I have no doubts the 250 would have done everything I need. The 450 is just icing on the cake.
