The initial part of the stroke on the forks feels harsh especially on all the small bumps do Ya think softer springs would fix it ?

This is the WR forum, not the YZ forum

You never change springs to change the stiffness of the suspension.

You need to change springs only for sag numbers

You have a track bike, so if you are not riding it wide open, it will feel harsh

You would need to re-valve the mid-valve and change it's float, in order to change low-speed damping

Set your sag, break in the suspension, dial out the clickers a few clicks.....first.

Clickers are all stock I tryed going softer on compression on the forks but it made it worse

Yes, because the fork sit lower in the stroke on the firmest part of the suspension....
