Why is it a problem to hear oil sloshing, and how or when do you hear it?

Well I didn't hear it before I disassembled them,I followed the video an the manual to the letter, everything seems to be fine,it's when I turn the shock upside down, sounds like it's draining from somewhere to somewhere else...

Well, it would be.  If you didn't hear it before, it's probably just a matter of there not being much oil in them.  They were leaking, remember?
