Carburetor question

2 posts in this topic

I have a 2007 yz450f. I live at 4500 feet and ride up to 4500-8000 feet. Currently have a 48 pilot jet in and run pretty good at 2 3/4turns out. What do you think I would need 1 or 2 sizes bigger to get it 1 1/2 turns out on the pilot screw

If you ask me, your pilot is too large already.  the bike should run perfectly fine with a 45 at that altitude.
