2014 YZ450 for Offroad?

If I bought an aftermarket set of complete wheels for the 2014 YZ450, would they interchange with my 2008 WR450? It would be nice to swap them out if I wanted.

No, WR has 20mm front axel and 22mm rear axel....

Your 14 has 22mm front axel and 25mm rear axel...

Some aftermarket wheel companies do sell spacers though but it dies depend on the company...

Noted. thank you

No, they would not.  The rear axle was enlarged it '09, and the front changed size in '14.

No they won't fit. Front hubs are different and the rear axle size is also different.

I got a cycra skid plate and mounted my gopro remote on my handle bars , softened up rebound and comp 2 clicks and she is golden for the desert...mabe a oversized take in the future

I have the same bike.  I have my suspension the same 2 clicks softer front and back.  Feels great.  I ride desert mainly also.  I still plan to tinker a little with it.

I've also had a hard time starting mine like someone else mentioned earlier.  At first I was kicking mine like a traditional thumper starting out at TDC then kicking.  After some experimenting I've learned that it starts easiest just kicking her over normal and not worrying about where the piston is etc.

You know now I think about it my comp. and rebound. Are about. 3-4 clicks out(softer) from stock and high speed is 2 turns out for desert. and as far as starting is a bitch when she's cold. (Like has sat for a week)But first kick when warm

I'm guessing when it's cold ya it takes 3-4 kicks gotta wake up the fi I guess? So what I do is kick it through a few times like twice without the intention of starting . Then I find TDC get to the very top of the kicker and kick Hard usually works with mabe one more hard kick.

Sounds good.  I was having a hard time starting it hot mainly.  Yes always a few soft kicks before I try to start it cold.

Hard to start hot.. how many hours do you have? Mabe time to check the valves.
