My dad has an 07 yz450f that the where the oil drain in the case is stripped out, has anyone else had his problem? If so how did you fix it? We've looked into helicoil kits but finding a 10mm kit is almost impossible. Any help is appreciated!

I'm guessing that is the size.  If it's the one on the side, at least you have access to it.  If it's the one in the back, you'd have to pull the motor.  Very pricey, but those time-sert kits look awesome.  I have seen others on this site who have fixed theirs, but I haven't had to Heli coil anything in 20 years or so.

If you need a quick fix take some aluminum wire and smash it flat, then put it on the threads and screw the bolt in coated in hondabond
