For the 2003 yz450f

why does that year have a hydraulic clutch and my 14 has a regular clutch.

Im pretty sure no yz 450 has come with a hydraulic clutch yours must be aftermarket

No YZ or WR has ever come from the factory with a hydraulic clutch.

when I get my gytr system will it have maps how would I know how much fuel and timing to add?

Trial and error.  Or, try a published map someone else has used for that year.

 

"Signing off early" has generally turned out to be the fault of the stock muffler on '10-'13 models.  There's nothing particularly wrong with the header at all, but the tip of the muffler is reduced as a sound reduction measure, and good most slip-ons will improve on that somewhat.
