2008 yz450 timing ?

I'm sure this has been covered, I'm in the middle of this project and I'm hoping someone can help out. I replaced the head gasket on my bike tonight and I'm trying to make sure my timing is right. I understand that C and D need to be lined up with the cylinder head, but I was wondering about the 3 marks on the fly wheel. I'm assuming I need to have the middle mark lined up? When I have it in the middle I cant seem to get C & D lined up with the head, it seems like it would need to be closer to the mark all the way to the right? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I believe the first 2 marks are for timing and the last is tdc. But im at work and don't have my manual in front of me. So...

This is correct.  Reading from left to right, the first two are for strobe checking the ignition. The third is TDC.
