2014 450 miss

I just dynode a new 450 with fmf pipe the bike makes the most ower I have seen for a stock 450 56.5 hp I dialed in the power as much as possible and we tok it to the track this evening and there is a light miss from bottom I tried slight changes in the mapping and had effects but could not clean it up it acts like the problem is not adjustable with the Yamaha tuner .
