Of the three, the most effective to address that specific problem is the throttle body.

I run the 4.4 oz flywheel and a G2ergo Dirt Tamer throttle and with great results. I don't get fatigued as easily with the Dirt Tamer installed. It works really good.

Injectioneering. I just had it done to my 2011. It's a night and day difference. The problem is in the throttle body. Anything else is just a band aid solution. It took care of 99% of the problem.

Agree with atf8611. Injectioneering mod made the biggest difference. This combined with a flywheel weight is pure bliss. The G2 throttle tamer only made a small difference and after the above changes, have replaced it with the factory throttle tube.

What exactly do they modify and how

You can give the guy a call, he's more than willing to discuss the procedure. I don't remember exactly what the mod entails, but it certainly works.

As I recall, the thrust of it is that the angle of the throttle plate in the fully closed position is changed physically, with necessary associated tweaks done along with that.  This alters the rate at which any certain amount of rotation increases the size of the air path during the first 5% of opening.

1st thing I did on my 10,it works, you can play with maps, fly wheels, throttle tubes, the injectioneering mod is the cure, rode bikes with just the other mods not as good. It costs $200+ its the best fix.
