Ignition Left On: Any Harm Done?

While working on my 2003 on Sunday, I noticed I was late for an appointment and hastily returned the bike to the garage. Next day, I found that the little red light was still glowing. I'd stupidly left the ignition turned on all night. Bike started and it even electric started...But I am not sure if I've done some damage.

 

Any thoughts as to whether I may have damaged the bike in leaving it on overnight?

It's prolly not good for the battery but other than that I doubt any harm was done.
