08 YZ450F subframe bolt?

So I'm putting my exhaust back on my bike, and the upper bolt that holds my muffler onto the sub frame just won't go on. I finally thought it was going on then the bolt from inside the subframe came out along with it. Anyone had this happen and know how to fix? Thanks!

I had the threads come out with the bolt on the lower right hand side for the subframe I just tapped it and put a bigger bolt in
