2001 yz426f valve bucket

so i am trying to change the shims on my yz46f. and i need to get just one more out. its the exhaust valve on the right if your sitting on the seat. there is a tab holding it down though. how do i move this tab or get it out of the way of the bucket to get it out? im putting a pic in too. please help.

Thats the pin connected to the decompression lever, you can get it out by removing 2 screws (1 at the side and 1 at the cable). But be sure to reinstal it after you made the adjustements
