help with valve adjustment, something odd

So i am doing a valve adjustment. I have done a lot on yfz's but  this is my first on the yz450.

 

I measuered all the clearances and found 2 intake( .08 / .08 / .15) and one exhaust ( .15 / .20) to be slightly out.

I did the proper adjustment and now they are perfect however the 1 intake and 1 exhaust valve that were orginally in spec that i did not touch are now way out. I cant get a gauge in to even check the measurment (it may even be .000)

now my measurments are EX (.20) (.000) IN (.15) (.15) (.000)

fyi make sure the shims are in the right place

I just ran into this to.......Turns out the valve shim was out of place.
