OK, I finally uncorked the WR450F tonight. What an animal! BEAST MODE!! Anyway, while installing the GYTR pipe to the stock header, the factory clamp did not fit on where the pipe slips on. I did NOT silicone the connection which the instructions recommended, per some other threads on the topic, but should this be clamped down? I ended up shimming it with two washers and used the factory clamp. Please let me know what should be the proper technique here. Thanks all.
