wr450f 06 flooding an no electric start

4 posts in this topic

Hey all. I just recently had my bike rebuilt (top an bottom) running it in at the moment. Problem is its hard to start.

1: i think she floods cause every time i start kicking it over it wont start and when i tip the bike over a shit load of fuel comes out of the over flow. Is this because i need to clean the carby out or what???

2: when i use the electric start. Its like it dosnt have enough power to wind it over. It has a brand new battery and starter motor. Looking forward to your feed back

When you use the kickstart , Is it difficult to kick over?

When you lean the bike over fuel is SUPPOSED to come out the over flow.

You should try and tow start it first.

Then adjust the fuel screw.
