carb question

Okay I found my problem needed valve shims actually getting about a ride or two away from reseating valves I plan on after next weekend but having carb issues first thing I notice gas is not going from tank to carb I see because I have a clear hose next is I have gas leaking from my vent hose plz help

bad needle and seat/dirty/ floats could be bad or stuck.

Which vent hose is leaking?

if your needle and seat look dull or dirty, try carb cleaner and a cotton swab first, if it still looks grungy at all, take some regular toothpaste and a cotton swab and polish the seat and order a new needle. the toothpaste will act as a mild abrasive and polish the soft brass seat.
