  1. just picked up a 2020 te250tpi. First 2 stroke in years. Power is soft. I see MXA like the Pro Circuit exhaust for these bikes? Also, I have backed out my PC valve a turn and a half. Didnt notice anything. You guys are going up to three turns out? thanks
  2. both sides fit? is the fuse box and rectifier exposed now on the left side?
  3. dont do it. In 2013 Honda moved the rear hub location. Your 06 rear will not line up with the front sprocket and you will toss your chain, bad deal
  4. you can call Bob, 1-858-401-0002. Tell him I sent you, Dennis Green. Worth every penny. Like I said, both my bikes are set up with vortex and exhaust. The one with cam and porting is better in every way and actually easier to ride. Power is more linear. I rode the bike without the cam last weekend and am now bringing it to him to get the cam too. The cam and porting makes the bike feel 20 lbs lighter too!
  5. oh ya. I also had him port it. Do it right!
  6. I have the kit in mine. Worth every penny. I have two bikes, exactly the same except one with the cam. So smooth and better in every way.
  7. same exact bike and will be for years to come. The fuel mapping is not going to change. It's needed to pass emissions.
  8. problem is even with a cut airbox, the diameter of the air intake is going to still choke it down. On the dyno with seat on, side plates on and minor airbox mods was the same HP with no seat, no side plates and full cut air box. Just fyi.
  9. rear sprocket is same as most all Hondas, 450x, 450r, 250r ect.. all the same. As far as counter shaft, nobody makes on yet, so you are stuck with stock for now.
  10. thanks, but not asking you any questions or for help. I fixed it in 30 seconds. My point was that some do touch. I'm not the only one. Glad yours didn't.
  11. I had a fitment issue with the Vortex and IMS. You fail to see it being a problem? I don't know what exactly could happen, but the two rubbing against each other, vibration, hard impacts. I don't know, I think its best they not touch as it could create a problem. On another note it is a simple fix, just bend the mount, "problem" solved
  12. been waiting too, cant find one. want to go 14
  13. throw a rubber grommet in there, good to go, oh, i see the plug, nice
  14. i rode mine in the desert with the vortex. No fan, ever. My buddy on his stocker, fan on every time we stopped
