Well I finally got to ride again, the carb is getting closer. Currently it's at 25 pj 2.75 turns out, needle on 4th clip and 157.5 main. It's getting to the point I needed to register it because I just can't dial it in any farther without getting on the highway. So I rode it to the inspection station and after about 4 miles it started surging like I was out of fuel.
at the point I turned around and came home. Disassembled the fuel cap and all was well. Took off the petcock and both filters looked great. But the outlet was almost completely clogged.
Went on another long ride and that seemed to have cured that issue.
Do you guys know of anything I can do to the bsr carb to lessen the popping on deceleration?
