  1. I have read through all of the TT and ADV posts on Valve adjustment and have done it several times before, but I just ran into a problem I can't figure out... Just had my valves redone before I go on a big ride in Oregon next week. Put the top end back together with everything looking good. Checked the valves before I started it up and got them to the correct clearances. The bike started first kick and ran well. Decided to recheck them again after I rode it around for a while... Everything was looking good, but the right exhaust valve was being tricky as always. After fiddling around for a few minutes I accidentally turned the flywheel clockwise instead of counterclockwise and it made a click. Now it is making the click every time it make a full rotation. Also, now the valves are only loose after it make the click, not when it is aligned with the T at TDC... I am leaving tomorrow and need to get the bike back together!!! Help any thoughts? Thanks!
  2. New to the thread. I am in the process of dual sporting my '92 XR600R!
