  1. Had a Rekluse Core EXP 2.0 in my 250R for 10yrs and only use OEM Honda clutch plates. I did use Rekluse clutch plates when first installed but didn’t like them.

    Maybe a crank bearing, the noise will come and go before it lets go.
  4. Use a bit of it and it weights a ton, 1.1kg per litre.
  5. So found oem clutch plate work the best. You also should be to start bike in gear.
  6. I have had a rekluse in my 2011 for 8-9yrs. I would adjust for gap more, where ever you think is right and another mark.
  7. I would change pump filter to fix this problem. Hard start cold and get worse. Stalls on cold start another 10 kicks but will start first kick hot all day. Let the bike cold down 20mins and it’s 10 kicks to fire it again.
  8. Will a 2013 450R motor fit straight into 2011 250R chassis? I have destroyed the 250R crankcases and found a good 450R motor.

  10. Stay away from the carby models 04-09 and anything with air fork. I would be looking for 10-12 models all pretty bulletproof. I have a 011 250r still going great, engine has never been apart or adjusted a valve yet. Go through ough the forum and you will find very few engine problems with 10 onwards. Some of the 010 bad cranks and some had leaking injector out the box but that’s about it.
