Hey where is the rev limiter on a 2000 yz426, what is the highest "safe" rpm?
Thank you in advance

The rev limit is set at 11,500 RPM. With a perfectly healthy 426, that is considered "safe".

I never hit the rev limiter then again I normaly shift before it would hit the limiter but I have tryed to hit the limiter in 5th gear it won't rev that high in 5th at least before we will see with the new motor if will rev higher.
