Quick front sprocket question, spacer missing?

Fellas, I'm almost done my rebuild and for some reason when I went to reinstall my driver sprocket, the chain is hitting the case.
When I torqued it to the 54 ft pd as spec'd, it had the chain pushed in to the case and very tough to spin in nuetral.

feels like there is a missing spacer or something.

thoughts? advice?

Yes, you are missing the spacer. Look on the parts fiche.
