Hi guys,

I am new to this forum and from another country so forgive me for my english.

I have a problem with my 2005 YZ450F. After reinstalling the clutch plates (only fiber plates) and putting everything back, the clutch lever suddenly got loose.

I did everything correct by the book. Didn't left any spare parts.

I didn't touch any adjustment on the clutch cable.

I think it is important to mention that the adjustment on the bottom of the clutch cable is at the end of the screw, i mean that I didn't left any threads anymore.

Before that' everything was fine.

Please need help.

Thanks a lot.
