2006 yz450f wont start unless choked every time

bikes been running perfect ,but the other day at the track the bike would not crank unless it was choked even when it was hot. once it starts it runs fine,you can cut the choke off and ride like hell bike doesnt stumble at all. covered all the basics spark,fuel,clean carb, air filter all that stuff, its due for a vavle check but dont think thats the issue because once its choked it runs fine.I have noticed that while its running if you push the hot start the bike will shut off instead of a high idle,help
