1.SHOULD I INSTALL IT FROM THE INSIDE OR THE OUTSIDE OF THE FLYWHEEL?
2. DO U GUYS HAVE GOOD TIPS FOR INSTALLATION?
3. HOW DO U CENTER THE WEIGHT ON THE FLYWHEEL?
4.WHAT ABOUT THE GUYS THAT HAD GRINDING SOUNDS WHEN THE INSTALLED THE WEIGHT?
5. DO I NEED TO REJET?

It goes on the back. For 50 bucks more, you can get a Steahly already mounted on a new Yamaha flywheel. They will also sell you a puller for another 10 or 15 bucks. I did this and it took all of 10 minutes to install although I do have a 1/2" air wrench which makes it a lot easier.
