Bolt from hose to oil strainer

Hi guys,
I want to change the bolt which connects the host to the oil strainer (the one which is connecting to a rubber joint) - can that bolt be disconnected from the pivot joint or do I need to change the whole arm which connects to crank case? In such case, where can I find a replacement? I damaged it and cannot screw it tightly so oil is leaking from there.

I can't picture what you're talking about.
The nearest thing I can think of that you might be trying to describe is that short oil inlet line going from the bottom of the frame downtube reservoir at the banjo bolt/oil screen to the right side crankcase below the oil filter. If so, yes, that banjo bolt can be removed and replaced. The bolt may or may not come with new crush washers.

The nearest thing I can think of that you might be trying to describe is that short oil inlet line going from the bottom of the frame downtube reservoir at the banjo bolt/oil screen to the right side crankcase below the oil filter. Yes these are the parts - can you explain how do i remove the bolt one unscrewed from oil strainer screw? Seems to have stuck with the rest of the hose mechanism.

The bolt that holds the oil lines banjo fitting on is hollow. It should unscrew in the normal direction. The nut above the banjo fitting, against the frame down tube, should not move when you go to loosen the banjo fitting bolt(manual calls it the oil pipe bolt). If it does move, try to get a wrench on it to hold it from turning while you loosen the banjo bolt.
After the banjo bolt is out and you have the line out of the way, then you can loosen and remove that upper nut, removing the screen filter with it.
I don't think those bolts have Loctite on them, but if they aren't loosening, you might try heating them with a propane torch.

No no i was able to unscrew those (by the way, they unscrew the other way round on my XR) - my question is how to remove the hollow bolt from the banjo fitting...

It is not threaded into the banjo fitting. The banjo fitting is a smooth bore and the bolt has no threads on that portion of it that goes thru the banjo. It should just come out. Hold the banjo and turn the bolt head. I suppose it could be a little cooroded, but not enough to prevent it from coming out. Unless your oil has been contaminated with water for a long time.
Try soaking it with some kind of penetrant.
