what size spanners / forks

All,

I'm going to do a fork oil change and I want to pick up the required spanner wrenches before I get the forks apart. Can anyone tell me what size I will need?

The fork capp is a 19mm, the locknut underneath is a 17mm. The allen head at the bottom of the fork is a 14mm.

Thanks!!

I also just realized that I don't have a socket for the steering stem bolt. Do you have any idea what size it is? Looks like 30mm but I'm not sure.
