HELP!Intake cam locked up after torquing!

Well my valves are in range and when I torque down the cam cap it seizes the intake cam.
Any ideas???

How accurate is your torque wrench? Outside of the wrench being off I can't really think what would cause it to bind.

Thanks for the reply Rick, there was a very light scratch in only the cam cap causing an issue, the boys at my local shop touched it up and plastic gauged it all is good now!
