I have a 2009 WR450F, and am not getting any electrical power from the battery at all, the battery is fully charged. I have checked all fuses and connections for corrosion, water ingress, and general good connectivity. Still no power. Had noted that the lead from the rear brake light had melted a bit where it passes near to the exhaust, could this have caused a short and blown something major. Help please?

Have you started troubleshooting with the Yamaha manual as your guide? They've got a chart that lists what to check, and in what order.

All sorted it was a blown fuse, hairline crack even the dealer missed, now just to find the cause of it.
