I have been doing some research on history of YZM400F and noticed in June 1997 issue of American Motorcyclist that the bike colors were blue and white. When did they switch to red, black and white. I was at the Hall of Fame where the red and white bike is.

I think the white one was used during initial testing....then they switched to blue.

Dirt Bike mag February the bike was blue and the December issue the bike was red.
I think the European Andrea Bartolini was in red, but I can't find any photos of him running the YZM400 in 1997
