honda xr80, want to replace forks/tripple clamps/bars

mine are shot, and too short bars.  thinking of replacing the whole set, or peicing it together.  whatever.  obviously dont want to spend alot of money, what would swap on?  how do I go about figureing out what would/would not fit?  its an 86 bytheway.  just need to measure the cups in the frame at the front?
