Here is my situation:
The bike starts by the second kick, perfect. When you go riding just when you are like at 3,000 to 5,000 rpm it starts having a gas or electrical failure. then after it pass and goes full throttle it runs clean.
1. CDI Check OK
2. Stator Check OK
3. Coil Check OK
4. Valve Check OK
5. Carburator Holder Check OK

We just put all this parts from another bike and the failure keep's on!
So what you guys can tell me?

Throttle plate upside down?

Accelerator pump diaphragm broken/clogged AP circuit?

Dirt in carb?

Kill button short?

Damaged/wet wiring harness?

Bad ground lead?

Can you explain the problem a little more? Does it immediatly run better when you open the throttle, or does it have to rev a bit first?

if you have a "spare" bike to swap parts then you're golden..

Swap the whole carb first see if it still does it.. If it doesn't it's in the carb.. If it does then you have an electrical problem.. Either a shorted out harness or a bad ground

Well it starts from the first kick with any problem, as soon as you start riding the problem appears like from 3000 to 5000 rpm. Then after it cleans that spot it runs clear and pulling hard, but when you enter a corner and goes out again it starts with the problem, as soon as you get from low to mid, then from mid to high it runs and pulls hard again. We just test another carb too, but the problem kept on.

It's electrical then. Look at all ground wires and also check the coil stick. Look for cracks. If need be start swaping 1 part at a time till you figure it out..
