Rocky Mountain ATV sells their Tusk brand LED for $35 or so. Very bright and looks good.
I like the CRF fenders with the Tusk rear a lot.  The front looks good too on XR/XL stuff.  Posted Image
Doubtful you'll find a jet "kit" after this many years.  Read up and find out jetting recommendations for the intake/filter/exhaust you'll be using  OR pay a decent wrench for an hours time and get it done right and for good.  :D
You can use most any XR exhausts with minor modification.  Later year XR stuff looks good IMO.  Posted Image

Can also use CRF stuff . I"m running a Two Brothers Racing carbon fiber can for a CRF450  on my 85 XR350 and just love it, looks and the sound is amazing.  :)
Had to cut off an inch or two and reflare it ($10 at muffler shop to do both,  take the head pipe in and they'll mate the connection exactly) Bend works, midpipe mount works, upper is off a couple of Inches.  Spanned now with a short piece of steel stock with nut/bolt at each end. Solid as a rock.   See take off CRF exhausts for $50-75 pretty frequently!  Thats a nice looking exhaust that update the look nicely imo.    I'd look at some other side panels if something can be made to fit.  Posted Image

Not to diss XR's Only (I've spent a BUNCH there) but the Tusk is way brighter and 1/2 the cost.  I have 2 of each.

Most fenders work with it no problem as long as they dont have an extreme amount of curve to them which most rear fenders dont, the mounting plate and all the hardware for the license is $8
