Well not really, I'm having problems with oil spitting out of my crank case breather on my 06 kx250f.  I know a little bit is normal but this is definitely a concerning amount.  Have searched the forum for hours and there are many people who have had this problem but seems like they never mention how it got fixed.  Just did valve seals and guides, had cylinder honed and new rings and piston.  Bike runs great and doesn't smoke  at all out the muffler.  I will change the oil tomorrow and measure to figure out how much came out or if there is any water in it.  If there is no coolant in it i assume I can rule out a head gasket leak.  What do you guys think, ovaled cylinder or leaky right side crank seal? I'm sick of dumping money into this bike :)

My 11 started pushing excess out the breather hose after I did a rebuild, but I suspect its from excessive blow buy as the cylinder is pretty scarred but I was in a pinch and neededmy bike. Have a new cylinder on the way will check what happens after.

Are you talking about the Single ring on the top, or the small thin ones that surround the oil ring? There is a right side up for the upper single thicker ring, but the service manual makes zero mention of what side is up or down for the two oil retaining rings and the oil ring itself, Just that they should be staggared so they do not align. Put the cylinder on my bike tonight at work, just have to set the timing tomorrow morning and change a front tube while working hopefully I have time to get it all done so I can go ride it tomorrow afternoon.

let me know what happens.  Changed my oil and went riding again and looked like I only had a couple drops come out in and hour of riding, so maybe the rings are finally seating?  I made sure the compression ring was right side up and the oil rings don't matter as dmm said

Rode mine today with fresh cylinder- Oil no longer being pushed out through stator cover gasket and no more oil all over my linkage. Safe to say blow by was the culprit I believe as it was pressuring the cases and pumping out the vent taking oil with it. Not sure If it did it when standing up or just when leaned on its side in corners/jumps but either way nice to know its now holding its oil.

^^can't say the same for my bike, put a new cylinder and rings in her and she still spits oil.  it doesn't actually seem too bad, i can't see any on my tire or anything but my linkage gets pretty wet.  Im just going to continue to ride it and hope that it's the "normal oil drippage" you guys say comes out.

Bummer, when I had the fubared cylinder on it was never covering the tire just wetting the linkage dog bone. Now with new cylinder it doesnt do it at all. If its still pushing excess oil out somehow someway the crankcase is getting pressurized.
