Hey Woodsy try the tank foam for handling It helps heaps. I did and I like it.
So that's a KTM swing arm grafted on, I've seen a CRF450 with very similar, It's swing arm was turned upside down and went linkless.

No this is the CRF450 swingarm flipped with custom shock. Sounds simple, but it wasn't.

Woodsy what all did you do to get the 450 forks to work correctly?

Some guys replace or modify the steering stem because the top bearing is different. I machined down the outer race of the CRF top bearing to fith the XR head. Had to grind or do something with the steering stops? It was a while back,..
