I think I'm using 13/50 right now and I can get to around 70 top speed if I'm really pushing it.  I can hold it at 60 for a while but I'm not comfortable with the RPMs at that speed for very long.

What gearing would you suggest for around 95% street riding?  I really want to be able to comfortably cruise at 60-65 if that's possible.

I appreciate any suggestions.

Change your primary to a 14T. It's cheap, and you may only need to readjust your chain.
