Last would be to slice off the neck and weld something else on form a disc brake small wheeled bike,we may do this.
Found the fork action is too quick with the fork oil that's in these now. Thinking about going to 20W, Suzuki says they use SHOWA SS-8 or equivalent SAE 10W; 172ml/173.0mm(6.81") from top for comparison.
ETA: new plan buy a quart of 15w?? (the oil will never get hot enough to matter what the second number is) and 20w50 from a major manufacturer. Service the forks with 15w?? to specified levels, after one or two practice sessions, suction the 15w?? out, replace with an equivalent amount of 20w50, run the last practice session. If this is the result I'm looking for, leave it alone and later replace with a similar viscosity fork oil. If it's too much, go back to the 15w?? and run the remainder of the event. There's roughly half an hour between each practice session, followed by 45 minutes or so for lunch. When the races start, there's only 20 minutes between getting off the track and getting lined up to get back on again, so the change would have to be made between practices or over lunch.

I don't remember what size the rear is, but I bet if you can find another bolt the same length and diameter, I bet you'll be fine. Now if it was an MX bike, I'd say buy a replacement from Suzuki.

ETA: I'm an idiot - forgot this was the swingarm. Sawzall it is.
Further ETA: why can't I realize the dumb thing I just typed before I hit submit instead of a second after?

Here was todays fix for Suzuki's junk DRZ125 rear axle parts .

A one foot long piece of 12mm 4140 cromoly ground shafting.
Some new SKF bearings made in Italy as opposed to that other place the bearings come from.
and some new spacers made of some better materials.
Now if I wouldn't have bought that brand new Pirelli Diablo in a 14" I would have been able to just toss the whole stock swing arm and wheel in the trash and start over with my KX100 swinger and 17" rim
