Good luck with that... they have parts that cant be bought unless you go for the privateer look. They have every trick part on the market on those things and dont want people to know what they are running. Most of it is bling, its the internals that make those factory and factory backed bikes so sweet. Nice graphics kit, engine plugs, rad hoses, rims, and exhaust is about as close as the general public will get unless you wanna drop some serious coin on having an engine built and A kit suspension.

That stuff is top secret. Things they do to those engines they don't want anyone to know about, especially their competition. Just like race cars, they won't let you in their shop because they don't want you to know their secrets. Amazing with some of the stuff they come up with to make more horsepower. Who would have thought to push laughing gas into a engine? N2O, nitrous. It's things like that, that will come out somewhere down the road. Those factory engines are on a different level.

triple clamps, Hinson full clutch, Hi comp piston, Mishi moto or high end radiators.  Tumbled tranny gears, Falicon or similar crank balanced to perfection.  Full wheelset by KSR or similar builder.  Polish your engine cases and give everything that satin sano clean look.  This will give you a trick ass looking bike. You will never obtain most of the stuff on a factory bike as its all one off stuff. You could probably get close to replicating alot of the 250F satellite bikes if you spent enough money. I know that the Tedders are damn near on full PC bikes.

Or call RHC and get an engine that can run @ the national levell for $3000 and there are more options like super finish doesnt add any real performance but parts last longer .also tricked out cam chain system tricked out oil scavenging system more adjusable ecus .
