Ok i broke my left wrist (scaphoid) 2 years ago, then i broke my right collar bone/ shoulder last year. Now this has been happening for a while now and i finally decided to ask about it. When i try to do push ups or just push anything in general my right wrist kills me, but not my left. And when i lift my arms above my head my left shoulder pops and hurts but my right is fine. So i guess my question is why is my opposite side from where i broke the bones always in pain, but where i had surgery on my other bones is fine?
Im sure that sounds dumb when you read it but i cant think of another way to put it.
Thanks chris

Sounds like you may have had some other injuries that weren't diagnosed, I'd go back to the doctor.
I've had something similar to your shoulder from an injury a decade ago, building a little strength in it helped quite a bit.
