I am 15 years old and Ive been riding for 8years now. I'm 5'7 and a half inches tall I was wondering if I would be too small for the bike?

you can buy a lowering link for the rear, slide the fork tubes up the triple clamp, get a stepped seat, raise the pegs, all kinds of options

You are not too small. I'm 5'8" and can ride any MX or off road bike with no problem.

What bike are you coming off of? You do know that ALL MX or enduro bikes above 125 are the same size. A 125 is the same as a 450

That's not true, my 04 yz125 is smaller then my 03 yz250..   I bought them both used so I don't know if anything was done to it but it does look a inch or 2 smaller.

I am 5'6 and weigh 120 lbs with a 30" inseam (I am an angry midget!), none of my bikes are lowered, I tried the lowering link once and then took it back off, didnt like the handling characteristics.

One thing you can do is to cut down your seat foam, thats what I do in order to help me touch the ground if I need to.

So the short answer is NO your not too short, just ride and and you will figure it out.  Maybe cut the seat foam down a bit and that will really help!

Then something was done to them. You can lower the sag about an inch without much trouble so a lot of people do. All yz's are 2 inches bigger than the other brands bikes for some reason.

Like a CR125, CRF250F and 450F are 37.8 inches or something like that.
A YZ125, YZ250F and 450F is 39.4 inches or something.

All the other brands are comparable, usually within 37 inches or very low 38. It just depends on how the company sets the springs, but they all have the same frame size, tire size and stock fork size.

Bikes have 2 wheels to balance themselves, they need movement to reach a straight position aka speed. Not feets necessary :)
