How are the ergos on the rm 250 for my height, 6'?

Well, you are on the upper end of fitting an RM very well. That being said, it is TP199's favorite bike of all time.  Get some handlebar risers and you should be good to go. 250 four strokes may be able to MATCH 250 smoker lap times, but that is the only place they are even. They are superior in every other aspect, unless you hate the sound - which alot of people love (I like smoker and thumper sounds)

No, I don't own a 250f - I own a 450.  I like the 450 but not as muchas the 250 smoker. and I have ridden several 250f's and I'm sorry but they are weak sauce.

I'm with most people on here, you can't go wrong with the RM. The great thing about smokers though is their versatility. You can buy pretty much any 2stroke and if you encounter problems you can fix them easier and cheaper, plus there is no bike that can match the smokers ability to compete on the track and then shoot off on the trails. Its amazing and I love everything associated with my RM. (weight, sound, smell, powerband, pretty much everything!)
